On standby the Hellenic Rescue Team – Lesvos branch the last few days due to the unprecedented heatwave that is affecting our country.
In the context of forest fire prevention, our members are currently monitoring 3 forest areas on our island, with 6 volunteer rescuers and 3 vehicles, under the orders of the North Aegean Civil Protection Directorate, the Fire Brigade and the other Civil Protection Volunteers.
