The music of the walls and the Fortress walls! The Lesvos Branch of the Hellenic Rescue Team, at the request of the organizers, attended and supported security and first aid the open Lesvos on Wednesday 23/06 and Thursday 24/06. A total of 8 volunteer certified rescuers covered the event with rescue equipment during this two-day event.
The two-hour “The music of the walls and the Fortress walls” event, was an initiative of the group “Open Lesvos”, in collaboration with the Association of Parents & Guardians of Mytilene Music School, the Ephorate of Antiquities of Lesvos, Social Cooperative Enterprise (SCE) “Parea Lesvos” and the Cultural Association of Loutra “To Liostasi”, with the Sponsorship of the Deputy Mayor of Culture of the Municipality of Mytilene, while at the same time there was a guided tour by the professional guides of SCE “Parea Lesvos”.
An innovative tour of the Upper castle of Mytilene accompanied with music! All the necessary precautions were taken so that the event could be held with the highest possible safety for all participants. Congratulations to all those involved in the event for the excellent organization and cooperation.
