February 7 2020, LESVOS: Continuing with the awareness raising program on volunteerism and introduction to the Lesvos Branch of the Hellenic Rescue Team, the Parents and Guardians Association was in attendance on Friday, February 7th.
Children in all classes had the opportunity to see and learn ways of self-protection from various hazards at sea, as well as being introduced to first aid. The children showed great interest in all the sessions they attended, and wth their queries and own experiences gave our certified volunteers the opportunity to develop and discuss issues of our daily lives.
We thank the teachers for their full trust in us and the interest they exhibited.
