MAY 22 2019, LESVOS: Hellenic Rescue Team volunteers took part in media training with British freelance journalist, Jane Labous, in May 2019.

The volunteers learned how to communicate their story to a world audience via video, audio and text media.

Media training took place over four days in Mytilini, Lesvos, and more than ten volunteers took part.

“The media training was very successful, and we now feel enthusiastic about sharing our story with a worldwide audience,” said volunteer Antigone Piperaki.

“It was a pleasure to train the team, and enable them to tell their fascinating story,” said journalist and media trainer Jane Labous. “I wish them all the best for the future.”
